No, as we only print the product when it has been sold, you can theoretically have an unlimited number of designs. However, we recommend having a thought-out approach to the number of styles you offer.

GETTING STARTED

You’re welcome to sign up to our pre-launch list for a Creator Studio account. We will contact you when we go live, so you can complete the process. For the time being, we’re ‘invite only’ while we test the platform, and we’ll be ready very soon, so keep an eye on your inbox.

Our core service is what we call the Headless solution where you can integrate our fulfilment services to your existing Shopify store.

You will be able to create and manage your products via your My Studio account here at creatorstudio.com.

We currently offer integrations with Shopify. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to integrate once you have access to My Studio and the account is live.

We support PNG files. For the best print outcome, it is important to follow our guidelines, which you’ll find via your My Studio account.

We have no start-up fees and no minimum order quantity, so it is basically free to get going. We take a small charge when you sell a product produced by us.

When you sell a product, we will charge you for the cost of the product, the printing and fulfillment. All prices are available in My Studio, which you reference when you calculate the prices for your merch.

Yes, we currently have fulfilment to 204 countries. For US and the EU we do the fulfilment locally. For the rest of the world, we use EU hubs.

When you sell a product, we will automatically start printing it and send it to the customer from our nearest printing hub. The print production takes 1-2 days and then we ship it to the customer. The last mile delivery time depends on the location of the customer, but when we ship locally it takes 2-5 business days.

Currently, we have integrations with Shopify.

MyStudio is the platform where you create and manage your print on demand products.

GARMENTS

We produce our own blanks under the brand, True Blanks – this means we have full control over fits, textile composition, details, quality, and can offer a harmonised collection globally. Discover True Blanks.

Our service is white labelled throughout the entire customer journey, including the neck label. The neck label is creator specific, meaning that you as a creator can decide how it should look. You can do this in My Studio.

We are producing the blanks in one of the greenest factories within the H&M Group’s supply network.

We believe in longevity in both style and quality. We update colours and fits when we see a need for it, but the philosophy is to not increase the pace in physical fashion.

You can read more about the care instructions for each garment in My Studio.

Yes, you can. You can read more about this in our Terms of Service.

PRINT ON DEMAND

We have several printing hubs across the globe and a stock of blanks – blank garments that are optimised for printing. You can design your customised prints for these garments, and they are only printed when someone puts in an order. This means you customise products and sell them on a per-order basis, under your own brand, and with your own designs. With modern tech and logistics, the product can be printed and delivered to the customer within 2-10 days, and you don’t pay for the cost of the product until after you have actually sold it. This means there is no need to buy in bulk or hold any inventory yourself, which also means less wasted resources.

We currently have local printing hubs in the US, EU and UK, and ship globally from one or our EU hubs. We are constantly working with expansion to be able to open new local hubs in new markets. Our mission is to have printing hubs as close to the end-customers as possible.

We use Kornit printers though out our printing hub network. This way we can make sure we have a harmonised print quality regardless of where the end-customer lives. The printers we use are at the cutting edge of sustainable print production.

The print file we support is PNG files. For best print outcome, it is important to follow our guidelines, which can be accessed via your My Studio account. General info regarding print file: • PNG (300 dpi) • Maximum 20 MB file size • 4134x4724 pixels

Absolutely, just contact us for more info.
