When selling to Creators that ship orders to the US Creator Studios is obligated to collect and remit sales tax for those orders. However, if you have submitted a valid resale certificate to us, sales tax will not be applied. 

We always advice creators to consult with a tax professional or CPA in order to determine your obligations and if you have sales tax nexus within any states. Even international sellers can have sales tax nexus and might be obligated to register for sales tax permits when selling in the US.
