Under the User tab in the sidebar menu you can view all users within your organisation and brand. This view is limited to Managers.

To delete a user or change role, click the three dots to the right of the user.

To change user type, delete the user following the steps above and then re-Invite that user but with the new role.

At this time, ordering our blanks without a design is not possible through MyStudio.

Can I order blanks without a design through MyStudio?

Add new users by going the User tab in the sidebar menu.

Select one of the two roles (Creator & Manager).

First, you will need to create a product.

You can read more about how to Create a Product 

When creating a product, you could either choose to 'Export it to Shopify' or save it as a Draft in MyStudio. Either way works.

Go to your Products, and click the 'Order Sample' button on the top.

Scroll down and add the product that you'd like to sample.

You can also search for the product name to easily find it.

If you like to add more products, simply press the 'Add more products' button in the top right corner.

Click on the dropdown menu 'select sizes & colours'.

Choose the quantity for each size you'd like to order.

Please note that you will not receive an order confirmation for samples.


A delivery notification with a tracking link will be sent to the email/phone number that you provided for the shipping details.

How to order samples in MyStudio

Please note that to be able to set up the neck label and sticker, you will need to upload both assets to the customisation page for the order to be processed.

It's not possible to have one without the other at the moment.

Go to your customisation page in MyStudio

If you have several brands, please select a brand from the list by clicking on it.

Or, you can click on 'Customisation' in the list view at the top.

The neck label file needs to be in the correct format. Click on 'Read guidelines' for more info.

Drop your artwork files or click to browse.

Once uploaded, it will automatically inform you if the format is as required.

Once the dots are coloured green, that means your artwork is accepted. 

Line thickness will be manually reviewed to secure the neck label outcome.

Press 'Continue' and then 'Submit artwork'.

Note that once you submit your artwork it will lock for further changes.

The sticker file needs to be in the correct format.
Press 'Read guidelines' for more info.

Once you have uploaded the artwork, the green dots should appear confirming that the format is as required. Press 'Continue'.

You have now submitted your artwork for neck label and sticker.

You will be informed once the artwork has been manually reviewed, and as soon as they are in stock, via email.


If your artwork is rejected, you will receive an email with reasons why the artwork was rejected. It will also show on the customisation page in your MyStudio account. After you made the required changes, you can go ahead and re-upload again.

Set up your own customised neck label and sticker

On the 'Orders' page you can view a list of all your orders.

Each order has a status that refers to the current state of the order.

An order has been sent to a Printing Operator.

The order is printed and has been shipped.

The order is cancelled and will never reach the end customer.

Order status in MyStudio

To find a Shopify customer order in MyStudio, you will need to have a unique Shopify ID.

Access your admin Shopify page by going to 

 and then select the store you want to work with from the list.

Add the Shopify Unique Order ID in the search field.

Click on the order from the list view to see more information about the order.
