MANDATORY SHOPIFY SETTINGS TO SECURE ORDER FULFILMENT

To be able to deliver an order it is very important that we don’t miss crucial customer information. Missing information may result in an order being cancelled.

The following settings are required to ensure that your customers get delivery notifications and receive what they have ordered from your store. Make sure that the following customer information is set as ‘Mandatory’ in your Shopify store:

Do you ship to all countries?

To successfully ship products from Creator Studio, Shopify needs to be configured with shipping rates from our location. The customer will not be able to purchase your products if there are no shipping rates set in Shopify. Read more about how to do this in Shopify's guide 

Please Note: This is how it looks if no rates are added to the Creator Studio PoD app.

Please follow the simple steps below in your Shopify store

Scroll down the list until you see the locations 'Not shipping from'.

Next to the 'Creator Studio PoD location' click '

To copy your existing rates, select the rate you want to use.

To create new rates for your Creator Studio products, select '

To create new rates for creator studio you need to create a new zone for 'Creator Studio PoD' by clicking '

Select the countries and regions that you want to include in the zone.

Click 'Add Rate' to add any rates that you want for the zone, and then click 

 in the upper right corner to complete the setup.

How do I make sure products are shipped through Shopify?

On the 'Orders' page you can view a list of all your orders.

Each order has a status that refers to the current state of the order.

An order has been sent to a Printing Operator.

The order is printed and has been shipped.

The order is cancelled and will never reach the end customer.

Order status in MyStudio

If your customer did not pick up their order in time, there is, unfortunately, no possibility for us to resend it.

My customer didn't pick up their order in time, now it's being returned to sender

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address when you've already placed an order.

Can I change a delivery address when the order has already been made?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order. All orders are routed directly to our printing hubs and are printed on-demand.

Can I cancel an order in MyStudio?

To find a Shopify customer order in MyStudio, you will need to have a unique Shopify ID.

Access your admin Shopify page by going to 

 and then select the store you want to work with from the list.

Add the Shopify Unique Order ID in the search field.

Click on the order from the list view to see more information about the order.
