How do I report an issue with my end-customers product?
If your end customer has received a faulty product please contact us at email@example.com. Please state the order number, specify the issue with the product/print and attach an image of the delivered product.
If we deem the item faulty, we will attempt to deliver a replacement for the faulty item. If a redelivery is not possible, you will be provided a full refund of the price of the product. We will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.
