How do I create an account?
To sign up for Creator Studio:
- Visit the Creator Studio homepage and hit 'Get started'.
- Provide your email address and full name to create an account.
- After submitting your information, check your inbox for an email from Creator Studio. Open the email and click on the invite link provided.
- Choose a secure password and enter it along with your pre-filled email.
Logging into Mystudio (where you will make, order and export your products):
- The invite link will redirect you to the MyStudio login page.
- Choose a secure password and enter it along with your pre-filled email.
- Once you have successfully entered your password, you will be logged into MyStudio.
- Upgrading to a business customer
- In the left menu of MyStudio, locate the "Business Details Wizard" option.
- Click on the "Business Details Wizard" to begin the process.
- Follow the steps in the wizard to provide your business information accurately. It is crucial to ensure that you provide correct and up-to-date information.
Validating your information and enabling selling:
- After completing the Business Details Wizard, Creator Studio will validate the provided information.
- Once your information is verified, you will be able to start selling within 1-2 days.
