Can I make changes to my order?
Cancel or Change my Order
Most of the time, we cannot cancel or change the order since the products are made to order and it is sent to our printing operator as soon as the order is placed.
If you’d like to cancel or change the product, contact our Support Team as soon as possible by info@creatorstudio.com.
Address Change
You have a limited time to change your address so please contact our Support Team as soon as possible. We’ll make sure to determine whether or not it’s still possible to make any changes. It can usually be done if we are contacted within 1 hour, but there is no guarantee since the printing operators will receive your order directly after the order has been placed.
Product Change
Because your order is made to order specifically for you, we have a very limited time to make any changes before it gets sent to production. If you want to change your product to a different item, you’ll need to contact our Support Team and we’ll determine whether or not it’s still possible to make any changes. There is no guarantee since the printing operators will receive your order directly after the order has been placed.
